About the Role

As part of the Abion team, you’ll collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in IP prosecution, litigation, and enforcement actions.
• Work closely with both local and international colleagues to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Support operational efficiency by contributing to internal workflows and systems.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Law degree from Türkiye, preferably from a reputable State University.

• Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in Intellectual Property Law as a practicing lawyer.
• Law degree from Türkiye, preferably from a reputable State University.
• Registered trademark attorney with TURKPATENT is a strong plus.

Skills

• Excellent command of legal and business English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a bonus.
• Proficient in handling complex IP matters, both locally and cross-border.
• High work discipline, organized, and results-driven.
