Team Lead Client Support

About the Role
As Team Lead, Client Support, this is first and foremost an operative client support role where you will spend most of your time working directly with client cases and support requests. Alongside your daily operative work, you will also act as a coordinating team lead — supporting your colleagues with prioritization, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance. This is not a personnel management role, but an opportunity to combine operative client support with taking extra responsibility for the team’s daily flow and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support for our clients, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Act as the daily go-to person for the team regarding processes, prioritization, and client cases.
- Facilitate team check-ins, one-to-ones and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support colleagues in solving cases and share best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Finance and Development to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Track open tickets and identify recurring issues, proactively escalating or suggesting improvements.
- Contribute to optimizing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a person who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance operative tasks with team lead responsibilities.
Desired qualities and qualifications:
- Service minded, humble and approachable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Technically minded with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience from client-facing roles; experience from IP or legal services is a plus.
- Structured and able to prioritize and plan efficiently.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
