We are looking for an Associate passionate about IP

What does that mean?

We are looking for an Associate who has a Law Degree in TR, preferably from a State University and minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IP Law as a lawyer. Being qualified as a trademark and/or patent attorney before TURKPATENT is a plus. Fluency business level of English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Of course, you must have a great sense of detail and a results-driven mindset but also thrive in a busy environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential.

In this role you will be based in our İstanbul office in Levent.

What you’ll do:

• Support the TR IP Team and Abion colleagues in enforcement and litigation cases and prosecution process before TURKPATENT (applications, oppositions, appeals ...etc.),
• Monitor and update internal and external IP deadlines for clients.
• Communicate with clients, trademark examiners, and foreign colleagues on IP matters.
