About the Role

As a Junior Paralegal within Abion’s Brand & Legal Department, the primary responsibility will be to support Senior Paralegals and Legal Directors in the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients, mainly within the area of trademark portfolio management. A Junior Paralegal will manage trademark portfolios under supervision and in close collaboration with the Senior Paralegals and Legal Directors, perform research, and assist with trademark infringement cases.

This role is suited to individuals at an early stage of their professional career in intellectual property and trademark law, who have gained experience with administrative tasks such as invoicing and IT system compliance. Relevant education or training within law, linguistics, or similar fields is an advantage but not a requirement. Our Junior Paralegals report directly to the Legal Director within the Brand & Legal Department.

As part of the Abion team, you’ll collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional legal services.

What We're Looking For

Experience in an IP paralegal role would be an advantage, but candidates with similar relevant experience are also welcome

Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience with, or willingness to learn, IP docketing software.

Professional fluency in Danish and English.
